Workplace Wellness

Recognizing that many workplace wellness programs can feel like another obligation, I’ve created a brief, low-pressure option designed to help staff recharge without the typical demands of required participation, icebreakers, or forced sharing.

Simple Idea. Real Impact.

A Fresh Take on Employee Wellness Initiatives

  • A one-hour, guided journaling session designed to help develop self-awareness, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being

  • A relaxed, personal and restorative experience for employees

  • Participants leave with the skills to continue a meaningful journaling practice

What makes this program unique?

  • Evidence-informed writing prompts for mental clarity, stress reduction, and focus

  • Private and restorative — a calming, guided experience, with no writing skills required

  • Sharing encouraged but not required — ideal for introverts, skeptics, and busy minds

  • Turnkey experience — I provide the structure, prompts, and optional handout

Sample format (1 Hour):

  • Welcome + brief framing of benefits of journaling

  • Open with a simple grounding (breathing) exercise

  • Two to three rounds of guided journaling prompts (related to stress, resilience, focus, or other themes, as requested)

  • Gentle wrap-up: an invitation to share as desired + takeaways

Ideal for:

  • Employee wellness days, team retreats or lunch & learns

  • Mental health awareness initiatives

  • Burnout prevention and retention efforts

  • Employees who need quiet support, not another meeting
