In today’s fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, employees are looking for ways to find balance and reduce stress. Recognizing that many workplace wellness programs can feel like another obligation, I’ve created a brief, low-pressure option designed to help staff recharge without the typical demands of required participation, icebreakers, or forced sharing.

Journaling for Wellness - Workplace Edition is a one-hour, guided journaling session designed to help employees reduce stress and burnout, and improve self-care and well-being—all through private, supported journal writing.

  • Private and restorative — a calming, guided experience, with no writing skills or sharing required

  • Turnkey experience — I provide the structure, prompts, and optional handout

Sample Format (1 Hour):

  • Welcome + brief framing of benefits of journaling

  • Open with a simple grounding (breathing) exercise

  • Two to three rounds of guided journaling prompts (related to stress, resilience, focus, or other themes, as requested)

  • Gentle wrap-up: an invitation to share as desired + takeaways
